1.0 This prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of EKO Utility (UK), their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2.0 Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.0 Entrants are permitted to enter the competition once per person, using their email address. Any multiple entries per person will be disqualified. The deadline for entering is midnight on Aug 23rd, 2020.
4.0 Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped, addressed envelope to Delia Online Competition, EKO Utility (UK).
5.0 The winners will be announced on 28th August and will be contacted within 5 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the promoter be unable to contact the winners, or should the winners be unable to accept the prize, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6.0 There will be 3 prize winners. Winners will be contacted directly via email, by Delia Online and they will be required to supply their address and telephone number to receive the prize.
7.0 Each prize is for an EKO Ecocasa Recycling Bin worth £139.99.
8.0 The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
9.0 The prize is non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
